Anna Lee
Anna was born in Atlanta, GA and her family moved to Fredericksburg when she was two.
She graduated from Fredericksburg city schools and The University of Richmond where Anna obtained a BS degree in finance. She has been a full-time realtor in the Fredericksburg area since 1986. She and her husband Frankie have two grown sons (Franklin and Robert). Anna enjoys her downtown walks with her grand dog Ella Lee. During her spare time, she volunteers in the downtown Fredericksburg community.
Anna is a lifetime member of the Top Producers Club, and she has built her business on referrals from hundreds of satisfied past clients. Anna is an experienced seller's agent and understands the stress that families encounter when listing their homes for sale. Nikki Keriner
Hi, I'm Nikki Kreiner.
I've lived in the area since 2001 when my husband was transferred to MCB Quantico. Upon his retirement in 2005, we decided to stay in the area and call Spotsylvania County home. Through the years we volunteered at our kid’s schools and now that they are grown we enjoy volunteering in our church and the local community.
I have been in the real estate industry since 2006 and have worked with clients on many types of transactions including traditional sales, foreclosures, and short sales. I’m passionate about leading people to financial literacy, something that our society does not teach but is a key component of home ownership.
As your Realtor, I will educate you on the market and answer any questions or concerns you might have. My goal is that you know what to expect during the buying or selling process. Frank McKinney

Since my graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy, through my military career as a Marine helicopter pilot, and the subsequent time spent serving the Army through the acquisition and fielding of night vision equipment, I have spent my adult life in service to others. As the former owner of Camille’s Sidewalk Café in Fredericksburg, a partnership with other retail businesses, and volunteering at my church, I have continued in my service to others.
I get a great sense of fulfillment in connecting others to create win-win situations. As a realtor, I get to connect prospective buyers and sellers and guide them through the potentially complicated and challenging process of purchasing or selling their home. Debbie Everhart
I am a people-oriented real estate agent eager to help you in the Fredericksburg and surrounding area fulfill your dreams of finding the right home. Being raised on a 26-acre farm in the hills of rural West Virginia, I have a love of nature and wide-open spaces.
Spending 39 years in a former federal civil service career, I have also developed a great respect and appreciation for all the culture and amenities of big city living. I understand the importance of finding both a home and community that fits your needs.
Serving the needs of others has always been among my top priorities. My federal career included 7 years processing farm and low-income housing loans for needy clients, 6 ½ years working in law enforcement, and 25 ½ years as a human resources specialist. I also spent 13 years of volunteer service as a nationally registered EMT-Paramedic service provider and trainer.

Mary Lanford
I was born and raised in Suffolk, VA. I’ve had a number of different jobs, but serving my clients in Real Estate has been the most rewarding career of my life. Upon graduating from UVA, I worked in the art world in NYC for 4 years. I moved to Los Angeles, CA, and pursued acting for 10 years— all the while making my living as a florist.
Mary Burton Flowers was in business for 20 years and my largest jobs were 2 Inaugural Balls in DC in 2009. Ludacris hired me for 3 of his annual galas in Atlanta, and I went to NYC, DC, and all over CA doing flowers for various galas.
That said, my favorite floral jobs were always weddings. I loved the hand-holding. I loved how much I felt like a part of the family, during their months of pre-wedding planning and on the Big Day. That kind of trust and shared excitement is what I feel should be implicit with each of my home buyers and sellers.
In May 2009 I married a Fredericksburg native and soon became the proud mom to a daughter and son. They are the light of my life.
We currently live in Idlewild, and enjoy biking or hiking the trails as often as possible. I love gardening, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, biking, skiing, travel, tennis, and reading. I spent years as a teacher, so I have a heart of gold and nerves of steel.
Why Real Estate? I’ve always loved houses and architecture. In my downtime, I create house paintings and pen and ink house drawings.
For vacation? My favorite place to go is the beach.
